About the role

Klinik Teow' is seeking an experienced Resident Doctor to join our dynamic healthcare team in Taman Johor Jaya Johor and Taman Nong Chik, Johor Bahru. As a full-time Resident Doctor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care to our diverse patient population, with a focus on general practice and preventative medicine.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting comprehensive medical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
2. Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, including prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and making referrals to specialists as needed.
3. Providing ongoing care and monitoring for patients with chronic conditions.
4. Promoting health and wellness through patient education, counselling, and preventative care initiatives.

What we're looking for

1. Medical degree (MBBS or MD) with a valid APC and register with Malaysia Medical Council (MMC).
2. Experience in a primary care role is an added advantage.
3. Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of general practice and family medicine.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with patients from diverse backgrounds.
5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
6. Able to travel between clinic branches within Johor Bahru.
