RESIDENT CONSULTANT DOCTOR

About the role

SALAM Shah Alam Specialist Hospital is seeking a Resident Consultant Doctor to join our growing team. As a Resident Consultant Doctor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients at our state-of-the-art facility in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time role with opportunities for professional development and advancement and we are looking for Specialists in:

• General Surgeon
• ENT Surgeon

What you'll be doing

• Conducting thorough patient consultations and examinations
• Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Providing ongoing monitoring and follow-up care for patients
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
• Participating in hospital rounds, meetings, and continuing medical education activities.

What we're looking for

• A valid medical degree and license to practice in Malaysia
• At least 5 years of experience as a consultant doctor in a hospital or clinical setting
• Specialization in a relevant medical field (General Surgeon, ENT Surgeon, and Pediatrician)
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technologies
• A passion for continual learning and professional development
