Resident Architect, Inspector of Works

We are an award-winning Architectural Practice in Sarawak, founded in 1977 with offices in Kuching, Sibu, and Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the following posts in Sarawak.

Details of vacancies as follows:

• Resident Architect (2 positions) - Kuching & Lawas

Requirements

• Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience related to building construction supervision on site.
• Candidate must possess Master / Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (at least Part II Architecture or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Autocad, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Well-versed in all aspects of project administration, including site contract monitoring, supervision, and liaison with Client’s representatives.
• Self-initiated in site supervision and monitoring.

• Architectural Inspector of Works (3 positions) - Kuching, Lawas & Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Requirements

• Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience related to building construction supervision on site.
• Candidate must be a registered Inspector of Works (IOW) with LAM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Self-initiated in site supervision and monitoring.
