Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Agent at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for phone etiquette, handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, and performing receptionist duties.

Qualifications

1. Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
2. Reservation and Guest services Duties experience
3. Strong Customer Service skills
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
7. Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred
8. High school diploma or equivalent
