Requisition Title Account Executive - JMP SEA (EOI)

About the job

The Field Sales team is looking for an Account Executive to develop the growth of our SEA market by selling JMP products to current and prospective customers.

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Implement all aspects of territory and account management.
  • Develop territory sales plans and account sales strategies.
  • Use sales funnel management and forecasting to identify accounts with high 'close' potential, to qualify and to forecast timeframes to close business.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct significant direct contact with accounts and travel to account sites.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-sales consultants on demos and technical support for accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in sales of computer software or Enterprise Applications (such as ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, Data warehouse, etc.) to the Manufacturing sector (such as auto, high-tech, chemistry, Machinery, Electronics, etc.).
  • Excellent written, verbal communication/presentation skills and interpersonal/organizational skills.
  • Learning skills are a must.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of software acquisition cycles of JMP’s target industrial buyers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team comprised of a Pre-sales consultant and Inside Sales Representative.
