Proficient in Mandarin for effective team communication
A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields
At least 3 years of HR management experience, fluent in Malay, Mandarin, and English
Proficient in Malaysian labor laws and regulations, with in-depth knowledge of HR functions
Strong planning and execution skills
Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Develop company-wide human resource strategies and organizational development plans
Create and improve HR policies related to compensation, recruitment, and training
Coordinate and manage compensation, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation across departments
Oversee employee relations, including onboarding, offboarding, probation management, and establishing a retention mechanism for stable and harmonious labor relations
Manage employment contracts, employee records, social security, and other HR-related documentation
