Remote Web Developer & Web Designer

BrandBoosty Inc. is looking for a REMOTELY Web Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage client websites and online marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone with a mix of web design, basic development, SEO, and Google Ads experience. You’ll oversee website performance, UX/UI design, and digital ad strategies while coordinating with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Design & Basic Development
   • Design and update client websites with a focus on UX/UI.
   • Make minor website edits (HTML, CSS, WordPress, or other CMS platforms).
   • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, well-structured, and optimized for conversions.
   • Coordinate with developers for advanced backend tasks (no heavy coding required).
2. SEO & Google Ads
   • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
   • Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
   • Use tools like SEMrush, SimilarWeb, or Google Analytics for keyword research and site audits.
3. Website Management & Hosting Support
   • Manage website hosting, domain settings, and basic troubleshooting.
   • Monitor website performance and ensure optimal site speed and security.
4. Project Management & Client Coordination
   • Communicate with clients to understand their website and marketing needs.
   • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
   • Work closely with designers, developers, and the marketing team to execute tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
• Experience in web design & basic development (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).
• Knowledge of SEO & Google Ads (Google certifications are a plus).
• Familiarity with website analytics tools like SimilarWeb, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
• Ability to manage hosting & domain setup (basic knowledge, no advanced backend work).
• Strong project management & communication skills.
