We are partnering with a leading global professional services firm specializing in performance improvement and business advisory, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Admin Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support in managing timesheets, expense reporting, and travel arrangements for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Track, review, and process timesheets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Arrange flights, accommodations, and transport while handling itinerary changes and last-minute adjustments.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist executives with general administrative tasks as needed.
Act as a liaison between teams, vendors, and finance to ensure smooth operations and timely responses.
Ensure timesheets, expenses, and travel arrangements align with company policies, resolving any discrepancies.
Requirements:
2 - 4 years of relevant experience. Prior administrative experience in a corporate setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills, able to clarity tasks effectively. Must have a great personality and positive energy.
Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. Must efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Able to pick up tasks quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize effectively with urgency.
