Your main job duties will include:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with priority clients to drive business growth.
- Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Cross-sell a range of wealth management products and services, providing personalized financial advice tailored to each client's needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
- Achieve business performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
- Adhere to regulatory compliance guidelines and manage operational risk in all client interactions.
Profile
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven wealth sales experience or an equivalent background.
- Strong understanding of financial planning fundamentals and wealth management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- A demonstrated track record of sales success and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
