Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Johor Bahru for a Relationship Manager SME Plus. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Johor, providing financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify opportunities
• Sales and customer relationship management skills
• Experience in SME banking is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
