Relationship Manager, SME & Micro (Nationwide)

• Identify potential SME & Micro clients and analyze their business needs.
• Manage and enhance the existing SME & Micro portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships to meet pre-set financial/non-financial objectives.
• Analyze key clients to understand their needs and develop targeted client acquisition strategies by selling SME & Micro facilities.
• Provide close and customized attention to clients to leverage sales opportunities and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Conduct credit evaluations and site visits to determine the creditworthiness of potential clients, including financing proposals and issuance letters of offer.
• Drive acquisition and retention of business clients while effectively engaging them by providing superior customer service.
• Maintain a quality portfolio via a structured monitoring plan and timely account reviews/renewals.
• Closely monitor customer accounts and take necessary pre-emptive actions to minimize default in repayment/settlement of banking facilities.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Banking Relationship Manager/Account Manager/Credit Analyst with Financial Institutions.
• Excellent sales and marketing skills in seeking new business and enhancing existing portfolios.
• Good command of English in writing and communication.
• Good interpersonal and relationship skills, able to interact with people at all levels.
• Result-driven and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong accounting/financial analytical, credit evaluation, and credit writing skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Candidates with Professional Qualifications in Certified Credit Professional (CCP), Business Credit Professional (BCP), or Certified Credit Executive (CCE) will have an advantage.
