Primary Objectives
To maintain close relationship with existing customers in order to increase wallet share of customers and to maximize business opportunities.
Provide sound advisory on wealth management and financial planning.
Manage customer expectations and provide excellent service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Create relationship management of existing Premier Banking customers in accordance with established standards.
- Actively participate and support Premier Banking marketing activities for customers’ acquisition and retention.
- Provide advisory and financial planning assistance to customers in terms of portfolio management.
- Acquisition of new to Bank customers to increase our Premier base.
- To ensure strict compliance to all standard SOPs set by the Bank.
