Acquisition of new to bank customers to be our Premier Banking customers.
To promote the bank products and services, focusing on wealth and loan products but not restricted to mortgage loans, cards, new account opening, deposits, and insurance.
To offer banking advice by providing the right solutions that meet customers’ needs.
To drive Asset Under Management (AUM) and new customer base (CIF) for the branch.
To optimize customer interaction to deliver sales results and client engagement activities.
To deliver high-quality service standards and excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
Possess a diploma/bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university/college.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferably with 2-3 years of sales experience and a proven good track record in financial institutions and client relationship experience.
Possess at least a license of PCE & CEILE. FIMM will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, client focus, and influencing skills.
Strong sales orientation, networking, and portfolio management skills.
