Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Great and welcome patients and visitors with a positive attitude
  2. Manage patient appointments and schedules
  3. Maintain patient database and medical records
  4. Collect patient information and process registration
  5. Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, prices and availability
  6. Answer and redirect phone calls
  7. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic reception area and clinic requirements
  8. Ensure effective communication with doctors, nurses and other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic
  9. Prepare and maintain reports and documentation
  10. Payment collection (cash, credit card terminal) and bank in if needed
  11. Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with customers and company teams
  12. Participate in marketing and branding activities organized by the Management
  13. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum SPM level
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred
  3. Fluent in English & Mandarin
  4. Experience in a similar customer role, ideally in medical setting
  5. Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
  6. Comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  7. Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
  8. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
