Job Overview

• Salary: RM4500 - RM5500

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in preparing and compiling documentation for product registration with regulatory authorities.
• Responsible for supporting the acquisition of necessary permits, import samples, and product registration approvals.
• Manage, sort, and upload document digitization.
• Understand and implement the Global Safety and Regulatory Affairs process.
• Manage and maintain company databases and compliance IT systems.
• Facilitate communication with regulatory agencies to ensure timely issue resolution and approval of registration actions.
• Facilitates meetings with regulatory agencies as required to ensure registration and compliance, leveraging Global Regulatory and Risk Compliance resources as needed.
• Support communication of regulatory requirements to regional management.

To be successful in this role:

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong oral and written capabilities.
• Knowledgeable in computer literacy skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suites.
