About The Job

This role reports to the National Sales Manager and will be covering the Southern Region of Malaysia (Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Johor).

Job Responsibilities

1. Spearheading domestic sales and marketing effort to achieve management objective.
2. Developing domestic business and market through distribution and trade promotion.
3. Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
4. Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
5. Planning and formulating sales strategy and promotion activity.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in distributor management in the FMCG industry.
3. Candidate's currently an Assistant Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager are encouraged to apply.
