Regional Sales Manager (Industrial Lighting, Oil & Gas)
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing the organizational structure and job responsibilities of the sales team in this region to optimize functionality.
- Develop rules, regulations, and work processes to ensure smooth operations in the area.
- Provide daily work guidance and training for regional employees to enhance their work ability and increase sales revenue.
- Organize employee assessments and motivation activities to improve team management level and performance.
- Establish annual performance goals based on regional sales plan to ensure goal achievement.
- Collect bidding project information, prepare bidding documents, and ensure project bidding success.
- Prepare and review cost budgets, exercise control, and ensure budget effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of Business Development/Sales experience in international markets.
- Strong connections/experience with Oil & Gas companies preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic/Russian proficiency is a plus.
