We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and develop the respective channels and categories of the NP business at the branch level.

A day in the life of a Regional Sales Manager

  1. To maximize NP sales within the channels and key customers in Trade Spend, Trading terms, and Efficient Customer Response (ECR).
  2. Implement strategic channel plans and key regional/local initiatives to achieve leadership in branded non-carbonated beverage and food solutions.
  3. Manage a diverse team comprising the Technical Team and Quality Assurance Representatives.
  4. Ensure flawless execution of all events.
  5. Deliver individual targets for specific Category/Product Revenue and/or Food and Beverage within negotiated agreements.
  6. Effective Territory and Dealers Management.
  7. Manage trade spend and Customer Contribution within agreed guidelines by Category within the Customer and Channel Group.
  8. Ensure effective execution of brand communications to drive visibility, awareness, and purchase/repeat purchase.
  9. Efficient execution and Management of System Asset Register, and Trade asset performance to drive profitable vending business.
  10. Coach the sales team in product knowledge/application, selling & negotiation skills, and provide guidance to vending technical and QA teams.
  11. Implement best practices and processes for excellence as defined by Global DG best practices standards.
  12. Manage all aspects of HR related to beverage specialist areas, including recruitment, training, development, succession planning, reviews, and appraisals.

What will make you successful

  1. More than 5 years in marketing or sales, with a proven record of delivering on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.
  2. Leads Customer Channel & Territory team.
  3. Understands all sales functions (CCSD, Customer, Field Sales Operation).
  4. Demonstrated success in diverse sales roles.
  5. Ability to motivate and develop people, demonstrating initiative with a results orientation, strong drive, and leadership skills.
