We are a retail lighting shop which offers the best quality chandeliers, wall lamps, ceiling lamps, gate lamps, garden lamps, solar lights, fans, and water heaters for homes.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Must have at least 5 years of experience in sales manager roles and be able to travel outstation.
2. Priority given to those with basic electrical maintenance skills and knowledge.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
4. Communicate with team members by providing progress updates and presenting ideas.
5. Oversee stock levels, order, and manage inventory to ensure sufficient stock availability.
6. Manage the outlet's budget effectively and work towards cost optimization while maintaining revenue targets.
7. Plan and carry out marketing and promotional campaigns and identify trends and opportunities.
8. Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and build loyalty.
10. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
