Regional Operations Manager (Southern)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join their team. This role is a key member of the field management team, responsible for the general management and oversight of operations. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensuring safe and ethical patient care. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our client's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic operating plans for your assigned division. You will also be tasked with analyzing current center trends that impact patient service delivery and addressing any gaps in service excellence or procedures. A significant part of your role will involve leading the creation and implementation of teammate development processes and succession planning. Additionally, you will manage financial growth, operations, labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes within your division. Your ability to maintain awareness of competition and proactively assess related SWOT will be crucial in this role.

1. Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division
2. Analyze current center trends impacting patient service delivery
3. Review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures proactively
4. Lead the creation and implementation of teammate development processes and succession planning
5. Manage financial and revenue growth, operations and labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes within the division
6. Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; proactively assess related SWOT (division strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats); analyze and implement effective responses

The ideal candidate for the Regional Operations Manager role brings a wealth of experience to the table. With a minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field required along with at least seven years’ progressive management experience under your belt. A strong background in healthcare provider operating is strongly preferred. Your proven track record of successful fiscal and operating management coupled with your demonstrated financial expertise sets you apart from others. You have demonstrated experience in planning and managing at both strategic and operational levels. Advanced computer skills are essential for this role including proficiency in MS Excel; intermediate skills in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are also required.

2. At least seven years’ progressive management experience required
3. Healthcare provider operating experience strongly preferred
4. Demonstrated track record of successful fiscal and operating management; demonstrated financial expertise
5. Demonstrated experience in planning and managing at strategic and operational levels.
6. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required; intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
