POSITION SUMMARY
This role requires expertise in Microsoft Operating Systems Microsoft M365, Azure AD to support our dynamic digital workplace. As an IT Lead, you will provide support to enhance IT capabilities across various locations. Assist with management of Intune, AAD/Entra ID, M365 services, feature implementation and support. You will work with IT Global Engineers, Application Team, and Vendors from other disciplines to develop strategies to deploy new and/or current devices, Microsoft M365, Email and Teams services with the goal of improving internal collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing. You will help shape and deliver the future of our Asia Pacific M365 implementation. You must possess a strong knowledge of the Microsoft M365 Ecosystem, defender security, monitoring and device management aspects that are essential to meeting our business demands.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage Microsoft environment with M365 cloud Azure Active Directory environment, Intune expertise configuring, creating, deploying, and monitoring end points software while proactively identifying opportunities to ensuring optimized performance and leverage collaboration.
  2. Work with the Global Team to implement the best practices for secure and efficient use of Intune, M365 Applications and Teams. Familiar with Microsoft tenant environment, including site collections, permissions, and content management, ensuring high availability and performance.
  3. Provide vendor tier support for operations and support teams, including root cause analysis and preventative analysis.
  4. Strive to deliver Microsoft cloud technology and products within the roadmap on schedule, and with the highest quality.
  5. Provide advice, guidance, and direction to users carrying out plans, governance and global procedures, ensuring schedule attainment, product development, process adherence, and performance.
  6. Provide technical support with strong knowledge and act as an escalation point for the local businesses, remote offices and external IT vendors.
  7. Facilitate support for anything related to End User Computing environment, focusing on Endpoint Security Protection, and application management.
  8. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including information and service management plans, service agreement reports, system operational service agreements, and compliance reports.
  9. Travel to collaborate with management, team members, third-party suppliers, and integration partners.
  10. Contribute to ITSM Knowledge Base and IT procedures. Solid understanding in ITIL principles.

Requirement

MUST REQUIREMENTS
Desired bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT deskside support, with at least 5+ years specializing in Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure and IT System Administration.
Familiar with LAN/WAN, MFPs, and firewall routers.
Strong expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft XDR, and endpoint protection.

ADVANTAGES
Familiar with Microsoft M365, Azure AD, Intune.
Knowledge of mobile device management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.
Experience with MS Power Automate, PowerShell scripting, and automation tools to optimize IT processes.
Experience in developing and testing software packages using Intune with Autopilot in an enterprise environment.
ITIL 4 Service Management certification is preferable.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator) are highly desirable.

Proven teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
Up-to-date knowledge of emerging Microsoft trends and related technologies.

Salary = RM 5,000 ~ RM 7,500
