Payroll & Personnel Costs, Control & Compliance

• Manage the payroll processing, benefits administration, provisions and local personal income tax and contributions for SEA and MEA, ensuring compliance with country operating regulations and Company policies.
• Manage the personnel costs tracking and perform data analysis to provide insights related to payroll and benefits.
• Manage the quarterly consolidation of personnel costs forecasting.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards to communicate key payroll and benefits metrics.
• Lead change initiatives and project implementations related to payroll system enhancements.
• Ensure seamless integration of new payroll technologies for improved efficiency and accuracy.

HR Business Support for SEA

• Providing positive experiences for Mammoet team members in their employment life cycle, from candidate attraction and onboarding to leaving the business.
• Advising and supporting the business and its leaders on all elements of the employee life cycle in line with company standards and legislation.
• Support the HR function by understanding and prioritizing business needs, translating them into actionable HR strategies and driving the results.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in regional payroll, benefits administration, and cost data analysis.
• Experience in personnel budget and forecast planning.
• Some experience in HR business support will be preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP is essential.
• Proven experience in change management and payroll system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
