As we scale and evolve, we're seeking an experienced and visionary Regional HR Director to lead our HR agenda across the region, driving strategic initiatives, operational consistency, and a strong culture of performance and engagement.

Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Partner with regional and global leadership to align HR strategies with business priorities
  • Drive organization design, workforce planning, and change management across sites
  • Lead cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans to support long-term growth and operational scalability


People Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee all HR operations across the region, ensuring consistency and compliance with local labor laws
  • Standardize HR processes across multiple locations for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and manage HR KPIs including turnover, engagement, productivity, and absenteeism


Talent Management
  • Build a sustainable talent pipeline to meet current and future operational needs
  • Lead performance management cycles, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Champion employee learning, development, and cross-functional growth opportunities


Labor & Employee Relations
  • Manage union and non-union workforce dynamics across multiple plants
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary matters
  • Foster a high-trust, high-integrity work environment across all levels


Compensation & Benefits
  • Review and align regional compensation practices to support competitiveness and equity
  • Oversee benefits administration and recommend improvements based on workforce needs and trends
  • Support reward and recognition strategies that reinforce performance and retention


Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a distributed HR team across multiple sites
  • Build capability within the HR function to support a scalable and resilient HR structure

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 20 years of HR leadership experience, with significant exposure to large-scale manufacturing environments
  • Proven experience managing large workforces (3,000+ headcount), ideally across multiple sites or countries
  • Deep understanding of labor law, workforce planning, and union management
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with ERP or HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors)
