About our Client

Our Client is a Multi-National Company within its respective industries. Being a publicly listed MNC, they invest massive resources to train and develop their people from the ground with an excellent pathway for career progression. They are currently looking for multiple roles across Manager / Team Lead / Assistant Manager - Credit Assessment / Credit Risk / Credit Control within its Regional team.

This position is open to candidates from any background - SSC / GBS / COE / MNC / Banking / Financial Services Background as well.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of people (approx 5-10 headcount)
• Review / carry out credit evaluations on customers to assess their creditworthiness.
• Assess current and new customer credit limits and credit terms.
• Review corporate clients' financial status, credibility, and credit proposals before providing credit terms.
• Identify and analyze customers with high risk to the management team.
• Update and monitor the AR credit control as per company policy.
• Analyze customers' credit applications globally.
• Recommend credit limits for customers with proper analytical justification to the management.
• Participate in or lead any process improvement-related projects.
• Liaise with other business units when required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant credit experience.
• At least 2 years of lead/managerial experience.
• Background from Banking, Financial Services, Shared Services / Regional Team Background is preferred but not a MUST.
• Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast-paced MNC environment.
• Ability to communicate well.
