As an established player in such a competitive industry, my client has been a household name in the space for global clients. They are currently looking for a Regional Business Development Manager based in the Klang Valley to drive and rapidly expand the company's business within the APAC region.
Job Description
Among the many responsibilities, some are as follows:
Establish new client partnerships and strategic alliances with key accounts and large companies.
Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients to generate additional revenue by upselling and cross selling other products.
Proactively address clients' business challenges using subject matter expertise and relevant product lines.
Serve as the primary contact for large accounts, while maintaining high-level client relationships.
Implement aggressive growth plans in the assigned territory, with a primary focus on acquiring new business while preserving existing relationships.
Ensure high adherence to internal CRM for accurate sales forecasting and collaborate with operations/products teams to facilitate smooth product delivery, meeting customer service expectations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be confident in growing the business and steering the company to the most profitable position while having the drive to establish new businesses while growing existing ones. It's critical you have an all-rounded experience and must possess the requirements below:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 10 years of commercial experience in enterprise sales/key account management in the L&D space
Highly skilled in prospecting and targeting new clients
Excellent written, oral communication & presentation skills
Solid negotiation and persuasion skills to address client's unmet needs
Ability to work under pressure and navigate through complex situations
