Responsibilities:

1. Report to the APAC Regional Controller and collaborate with local CFOs, Business Analysis teams, and Global Functions.
2. Prepare regular reports and analyses, including mid-month sales estimates, monthly sales reports, financial analysis, treasury reports, and quarterly business reviews for regional management and headquarters.
3. Provide financial analysis support to Regional Service Lines Leaders, the Regional Chief Client Officer, and key account leaders.
4. Contribute to financial cycles, including monthly actuals, quarterly forecasts, and the annual budget.
5. Conduct financial compliance analysis by reviewing various project cycles, examining both operational and financial statuses.
6. Utilize Ipsos Global financial systems for KPI analysis to facilitate business decision-making.
7. Participate in new initiatives from Global or Regional teams as a regional team member.
8. Provide ad hoc financial support to Regional or Global stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Qualified Accountant with 10+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in audit and 5 years in finance or FP&A roles.
3. Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communicator with creative thinking, capable of translating financial data for non-financial colleagues.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and hands-on with a flexible and agile mindset suitable for an MNC environment.
6. Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.
7. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and experience in preparing effective presentation materials.
8. Experience with handling large datasets and familiarity with ERP systems.
