As part of the Leadership team, you will take responsibility for one of the largest automotive region sales, operations and supply chain teams. In this role, you will work directly with the Regional Manager, Sales and Operations to achieve Carsome’s vision, mission, and strategic goals which play a critical role in the success of the brand. You will also be working closely with counterparts to optimize and implement processes; leading cross-functional initiatives along with regional and local teams to improve the inventory system end-to-end process.
Your Day-to-Day
Oversee all countries' B2C operation related process and efficiency.
Ability to help local teams in designing, improving and monitoring SOP.
Have experience in project management, as well as great leadership and communication ability.
Able to maintain a 100% support level on Business Units request i.e. new branch opening, sales campaign setup on website as well as system support.
Good at translating clear guidelines & training materials to local team members on system – new system enhancement and on the revised rules and regulations.
Enforce local processes compliance with SOPs.
Work with the data team to improve the dashboards (sales & operation related data) and to ensure data accuracy.
Help the local team to launch the sales/tactical campaign (or any other online campaign). Work with the commercial team on the campaign design.
Continuously improve and monitor the sales operation productivity and efficiency, improve the turnover (from booking to delivery and delivery to disbursement).
Excellent at coordinating information and data requirements to the product team to support system enhancements.

Your Know-How
Diploma and or Degree in Sales and Operation Management or similar field
Previous experience as a Sales and Operations or in a similar field.
Excellent knowledge of Sales and Operations processes
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
