Regional Aftersales Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure that service activities at dealer locations adhere to company standards.
- Evaluate spare parts operations at dealerships to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Supervise dealerships to ensure the delivery exceptional service experiences for customers.
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance at dealerships.
- Assess dealership readiness in aftersales operations, including facility standards, manpower adequacy, and process compliance.
- Identify technical and non-technical training needs for dealership staff.
- Develop service marketing and promotional strategies at regional or dealership levels.
- Coordinate after-market activities and implement service campaigns.
- Create comprehensive business and strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports based on on-site visit activities.
- Utilize report findings to provide improvement recommendations and analysis to management, aimed at optimizing aftersales operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Strong background in After Sales with a proven track record in the OEM/IAM field.
- Profound understanding of dealership operations and service standards.
- Commercial and aftersales acumen with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin due to business requirements.
- Self-motivation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
