1. Manage the overseas recruitment team, responsible for the addition, optimization, and training of overseas recruitment personnel, and responsible for the work allocation and care of the overseas team;
2. Promote recruitment work in overseas regions, connect with business needs, develop recruitment plans, and regularly report recruitment progress;
3. Develop, manage, and maintain overseas recruitment channels, effectively utilize various channels to obtain the talents needed by the company, and pay attention to the trends of talent markets in various countries;
4. Assist in business integration and maintenance of overseas branch HR platforms, streamline and maintain overseas personnel related processes and overseas labor policies;
5. Assist the business in conducting overseas talent market resource research and provide recruitment suggestions to cooperative clients;
6. Responsible for regularly reporting the work to domestic recruitment manager;
7. Achieve recruitment KPI;
8. Other tasks arranged by the leader.
Requirements / Qualification:
1. Have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of human resources/recruitment, with priority given to team management experience and experience working for Party B. Experience in liaising with clients is also preferred;
2. Fluent communication in both mandarin and English (written and spoken);
3. Familiar with overseas talent markets and recruitment channels, with priority given to understanding local culture and labor policies;
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility and adaptability, and strong work initiative.
Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for meeting the company's recruitment needs, including but not limited to advertising, resume screening, interview arrangements, and evaluations, to ensure the efficiency of the recruitment process.
2. Maintain and update the company's talent pool, including resume pool, talent pool, and social media platforms, to ensure a continuous supply of recruitment resources.
3. Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation / advice.
4. Provide insightful market intelligence and recruitment advice to company's clients.
5. Assist the Recruitment Manager in analyzing human resource data and provide data support for decision-making. And assist in providing work guidance to overseas recruitment teams.
6. Collaborate closely with our business team to innovate and enhance our recruitment strategies.
7. Achieve individual KPI.
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualification:
1. Possess above 3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment field, preferably in the Internet industry;
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust.
3. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
4. Proficient in using various recruitment channels and tools, including recruitment websites, social media, internal recommendation systems, etc.
5. Self-motivated, having a sense of purpose.
6. Fluent communication in both mandarin and English (written and spoken).
