About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Music Active Ventures in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will play a crucial role in our company's talent acquisition and management processes, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the selection of candidates.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, and deliver high-quality candidates that meet their criteria.
4. Conduct thorough candidate screening and evaluation, ensuring a strong cultural fit and alignment with the company's values.
5. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company's ongoing hiring needs.
6. Provide support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
7. Implement and monitor recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and industry changes to continuously improve our processes.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the entertainment or media industry.
2. Must be able to write and speak fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to conduct interviews independently.
3. Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing high-caliber candidates.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
6. Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies.
7. Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
8. Passionate about talent management and committed to building a high-performing, diverse workforce.
9. Experience in handling foreign expatriate will be an added advantage.
10. Able to start immediately would be a plus.
