- Identify and source potential candidates from various job portals.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and client specifications.
Candidate Interviews:
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for specific job roles.
- Utilize various interview techniques to gauge a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Preparation:
- Provide candidates with in-depth information about the roles they are being considered for.
- Brief candidates on the client's expectations and requirements, ensuring they are well-prepared for interviews and assessments.
Documentation and Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and interactions.
- Ensure that all documents, including resumes, application forms, and interview notes, are properly stored in our database, in compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 2 years' experience in handling talent acquisition.
- Self-motivated and driven individual.
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication (Mandarin speaker is required).
