Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Involve in recruitment process (recruit internal sales personnel with a monthly target)
  2. Writing of job advertisements, calling of candidates and attending at front desk
  3. Administration includes filing, scanning, emails and data-entry of sales report, etc.
  4. Closing of weekly sales report with zero mistakes
  5. To meet monthly recruitment target as set by the management
  6. Doing up weekly & monthly reports as required by the management - Attend ad-hoc tasks as required by the Directors and managers

Job Requirements

  1. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  2. High sense of urgency
  3. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Organized, neat, clean & tidy
  5. Ability to speak and write good Mandarin & English; Bilingual
  6. Immediate starter preferred
  7. A great SMILE with a fun personality
