Job Responsibility
Involve in recruitment process (recruit internal sales personnel with a monthly target)
Writing of job advertisements, calling of candidates and attending at front desk
Administration includes filing, scanning, emails and data-entry of sales report, etc.
Closing of weekly sales report with zero mistakes
To meet monthly recruitment target as set by the management
Doing up weekly & monthly reports as required by the management - Attend ad-hoc tasks as required by the Directors and managers
Job Requirements
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
High sense of urgency
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Organized, neat, clean & tidy
Ability to speak and write good Mandarin & English; Bilingual
Immediate starter preferred
