Recruitment Specialist

Role: Recruitment Specialist (Korean or Japanese Speaking)

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist proficient in Korean or Japanese to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers, leverage recruitment strategies, and utilize data-driven insights to attract and retain the best candidates. Strong communication skills in Korean or Japanese are essential to support regional hiring needs and stakeholder management.

Job Description

1. Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR, and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
2. Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the Internet.
3. Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
4. Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
5. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
6. Requires guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
7. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.

Qualifications

1. With at least 3 years relevant work experience in recruitment.
2. Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
3. Knowledge in Excel.
