Recruitment Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Senior Analyst proficient in Mandarin to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers, leverage recruitment strategies, and utilize data-driven insights to attract and retain the best candidates. Strong communication skills in Mandarin are essential to support regional hiring needs and stakeholder management.

Job Description

• Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
• Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the Internet.
• Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
• Requires guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.

Qualifications

1. With at least 1 year relevant work experience in recruitment.
2. Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
3. Knowledge in Excel.
4. Native Mandarin verbal and written communications skills.
