Recruitment Executive (Talent Acquisition / Hiring / Sourcing / Selangor)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Coordinate and conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Prepare and maintain new hire documentation and personnel files
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor of Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
