Salary: RM10,000
Location: Ampang

• Forex industry background required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Salary based on market standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review applications, conduct interviews (phone and in-person), assess candidate qualifications and skills, and perform background checks.
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates, prepare and manage offer letters, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide reports to management.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as maintaining records, managing databases, and processing paperwork.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, job roles, and required skills.
• Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms, actively source candidates through online platforms, networking, and referrals.
