Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Coordinate job postings on various platforms and manage responses.
Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
Support employer branding initiatives at career fairs and events.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
