Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., job boards, social media, and databases) to identify and attract top talent for client positions.
Research and analyse industry trends to provide clients with insights on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, organizational culture, and business goals, ensuring tailored solutions.
Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment consultants, sharing best practices and helping to develop the candidate sourcing and client management skills.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Recruitment Consultant/ Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficient in full cycle recruiting with a variety of interview techniques.
Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve personal and team targets.
