Recruitment Consultant / Senior (WFH)

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide clients with advice on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs and industry trends.
• Analyze industry trends and market insights to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• Possess strong interest in recruitment industry
• In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and client requirements
• Excellent ability to engage with clients and/or candidates, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Results-oriented, with a focus on meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets
• Sales driven, self-motivated, independent and strong team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage to liaise with different clients and candidates
• Basic + Commission
• Full time 5 Days (9am-6pm) Work from home
