Recruitment Consultant - KL

• Contacting existing clients to check their inquiry availability
• New development clients when requested by superior
• Hearing the requirements/needs from the client's company
• Define job descriptions and document specifications
• Evaluate resumes and applications
• Assist in screening and sourcing for suitable applicants
• Preparation of documents and sharing with clients
• Internal dealing with different departments on the progress
• Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
• Create relationships with clients and provide advice
• Any adhoc tasks required from the superior

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• 2 years & above working experience in a related field
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good in self-management, time management, etc.

Company Industry: Recruitment Agency

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Hybrid)

Salary scheme: Basic + allowance + commission
