Job description

Hiring company industry: Recruitment Agency

Responsibilities:

Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment:

Sourcing for candidates (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, etc.), conducting primary screening until candidate joining, and business development client follow-up.
Market research to find potential clients.
Meeting with clients to understand their needs.

Consulting with international and local clients on their hiring needs, developing a good understanding of client companies and offering expert advice on market conditions, trends, and salary ranges.

Sales training will be provided:

How to speak with candidates/clients.
How to convince candidates/clients.
Negotiation.
Industry knowledge sharing.

Monthly Salary: RM3000 ~ 4000 + Commission

Minimum Requirements:

Ideally, candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Sales or Recruitment.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Actively making phone calls.
Willing to learn new industry knowledge.
Prior experience as a recruitment consultant is a major advantage.
