Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing candidates’ CV, filtering by interview and propose to clients.
2. Handling end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until join date).
3. Maintain relationship and active communication with clients.
4. Maintain relationship with candidates after placement.
5. Developing talent pipelines and networking.

Requirements:

1. Fresh grads are welcome :)
2. Sales/target driven, resilient, able to handle pressure.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Good team player and people management skills.
5. Friendly and outgoing personality.
6. Desire for self-learning, improvement, and career growth.
