Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs
2. Publish job advertisements on social media, career pages, and online job boards
3. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
4. Generate a strong candidate database for clients
5. Utilize a range of suitable candidate attraction strategies including database searching, referrals, and advertising
6. Prepare candidates for interviews before forwarding them to clients
7. Update clients on the hiring status of candidates (e.g. screened applications)
8. Manage client portfolio and maintain good relations with them
9. Keep detailed records and information of past applicants (e.g. interview evaluations, resumes, and assignments)

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
2. At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment or human resources
3. Excellent verbal and written communication in English
4. Exceptional motivation with strong ambition and sales-driven
5. Respond proactively and positively to targets
6. Familiarity with ATS and resume database technology
7. Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
