Recruitment Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling recruitment coordination activities (screening, interviewing scheduling and administrative tasks)
2. Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the job opportunities.
3. Manage the recruitment process from selection, shortlisted, interview and onboarding for all level of employees
4. Briefing the candidates about the job responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
5. Contact the references and perform background checks

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
2. Able to start immediately or within a short notice
3. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
4. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
