Job Description:

• Good Basic Salary + Commission
• Flexible working arrangement
• Experienced recruiter can be considered for Senior position
• No experience but passionate in recruitment sales welcome, comprehensive training provided

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and build key clients under your niche/ specialization (on-job-training provided)
• Maintain vital relationships with your existing clients and candidates
• Responsible for full cycle of search and recruitment activities to meet Sales and KPI objectives.

Requirement:

• Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in Sales environment or candidates who have no related experience but with a passion to do sales are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with good working experience as a Recruitment Consultant may be considered as a Senior Consultant.
