Responsibilities
Publish job advertisements across social media, career pages, and online job boards as required
Identify and shortlist candidates based on established criteria
Ensure candidates follow the application process
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule calls and meetings
Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from the first application to final hiring status, ensuring a seamless process
Draft job descriptions when needed to align with role requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders using our ATS, Zoho Recruit, to streamline recruitment efforts
Maintain and update comprehensive candidate records, including interview evaluations, resumes, and assignments
Respond to ad-hoc HR and administrative support requests as they arise
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a staffing/agency recruiter, with proven expertise in evaluating candidates for various roles.
Ability to plan and manage the early stages of the hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, and screening.
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Experience with the Zoho Recruit platform will be an advantage.
Excellent command of English and one other local language for liaising with stakeholders.
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Outstanding time management and organisational abilities
