Recruiter (Fresh grad welcomed)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent while contributing to our company culture and growth.

What You'll Do:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Source candidates through various channels including job boards and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates
Build strong relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline
Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
Track recruitment metrics to improve processes continuously.

What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (fresh graduates welcome!)
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with diverse individuals
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with ATS is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
