Job Title: Recruiter
Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Recruiter to join our team in Selangor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and possess a strong skill set in screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, applicant tracking systems, networking, talent acquisition, candidate relationship management, behavioral interviewing, onboarding, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct screening and interviewing processes to identify qualified candidates.
2. Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for various positions.
3. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
4. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.
5. Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
6. Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Conduct behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate competencies.
8. Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
9. Utilize negotiation skills to secure successful candidate placements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
2. Proficiency in screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
4. Strong networking and relationship management skills.
5. Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies.
6. Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques.
7. Ability to manage onboarding processes effectively.
8. Hybrid & MUST be able to work on site inside the office.
