We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at PERSOLKELLY based in Kuala Lumpur.

Position Details:
Location: Menara AIA Sentral, No. 30 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using various search methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen resumes, job applications, and conduct phone screenings to identify suitable candidates.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience by aligning job descriptions with position requirements.
• Conduct reference checks as needed.
• Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
• Oversee the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.

Who Can Apply?

• Diploma/Degree holder.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (both in-house or external hiring).
• Strong English & Mandarin communication skills (both written and verbal) to support hiring for Mandarin & Cantonese speakers.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a KPI-driven environment.
• Quick learner with a keen interest in working in a recruitment agency.
