Job description
Job Responsibility
Manage hiring requests for a diverse range of clients, ensuring timely and effective recruitment processes.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Conduct regional hiring, including expatriate recruitment from SEA countries, and manage the associated work permit processes.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Public Relations, or Mass Communications.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Background in headhunting or a recruitment firm is an advantage.
Experience in handling work permit matters and regional hiring is preferred.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for Junior role.
